At Madison Manchester, we believe fashion should be delivered simply and without unnecessary costs. That is why all orders include free shipping, with no hidden fees.

Whether you're placing your first order or adding a new favourite piece to your wardrobe, shipping costs are something you never need to worry about.


Where We Ship

Currently, Madison Manchester ships to the following countries:

  • United Kingdom

  • Ireland

Whether you live in a large city or a small town, we deliver directly to your address.


Free Shipping

With Madison Manchester, you always benefit from:

  • Free shipping

  • No minimum order value

  • No hidden costs


Processing Time

Once your order has been placed, our team begins processing it as quickly as possible.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days in our international fulfilment warehouse.

During this stage:

  • products are quality checked

  • items are carefully packed

  • the shipment is prepared for dispatch

Once the package has been handed over to the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email.


Made-to-Order Products

Some items in our collection may be produced specifically for your order.

For these items, a different processing time applies.

Production time: 3–5 business days

This production time is in addition to the standard delivery time.

During this period, your item is produced and inspected before shipment.


Delivery Time

We always aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Estimated delivery time:
4–8 business days after shipment.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • your location

  • the courier service

  • logistical conditions


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation.

You can track your order using our “Track Your Order” page.

To track your order you will need:

  • your order number

  • the email address used for the purchase

If you do not see updates immediately, please don’t worry. It may take some time for the courier to register the first scans.


Split Shipments

In some cases, an order may be shipped in multiple packages.

This can happen when:

  • products are shipped from different warehouses

  • an item is processed at another fulfilment location

  • logistics are optimized to speed up delivery

As a result, items from the same order may arrive separately.


Possible Delivery Delays

In rare situations, delivery may take longer than expected.

This may occur due to:

  • high courier demand

  • severe weather conditions

  • logistical disruptions

  • public holidays

  • seasonal sales or peak periods

While we always strive to ship orders quickly, Madison Manchester cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers or logistics providers.

If your order takes longer than expected, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a correct and complete shipping address when placing an order.

We recommend carefully reviewing your address details before completing your purchase.

Madison Manchester cannot be held responsible for address errors entered by the customer.

An incorrect or incomplete address may result in:

  • shipping delays

  • additional shipping costs

  • temporary suspension of the shipment

  • the inability to deliver the package

  • the parcel being returned to the warehouse


Address Verification

If we detect that the provided address appears incomplete or unverifiable, we may temporarily pause shipment to prevent delivery issues.

In such cases, we will contact the customer via the email address provided at checkout to confirm or correct the address.

If the customer does not respond in time, order processing may be delayed until correct information is received.

Once the correct address is provided, the order will continue to be processed and shipped.

Orders that have entered the address verification process cannot be cancelled based on the previously submitted incorrect address.


Undeliverable or Returned Shipments

If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, the courier may:

  • return the parcel to the warehouse

  • store it at a pickup location

  • destroy the parcel according to logistical procedures

If a parcel is returned due to:

  • an incorrect or incomplete address

  • failure to collect the parcel from a pickup point

  • refusal of delivery

the order will not automatically qualify for a refund.

In such cases, Madison Manchester may offer reshipment of the order, with the shipping costs paid by the customer.


Delivery Status "Delivered"

Once the courier marks the parcel as “Delivered” at the address provided by the customer, the order is considered successfully delivered.

Madison Manchester cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.

We recommend first checking:

  • with neighbours

  • around your property

  • with the courier service


Lost Packages

If a parcel appears to be lost during transit, we may initiate an investigation with the courier.

In such cases:

  • we will contact the courier

  • a logistics investigation will be started

  • the customer will be informed about the progress

Courier investigations may take several working days depending on the carrier.

Once the investigation is completed, we will work with the customer to determine an appropriate solution.


Order Cancellations & Changes

Our logistics team processes orders quickly.

For this reason, orders can only be cancelled or modified within 6 hours after being placed.

To request a cancellation or modification, please contact us as soon as possible:

Important Information

Once an order has been:

  • processed

  • or handed over to the courier

it can no longer be cancelled or modified.

This also applies when:

  • an incorrect address was entered

  • the wrong size or variant was selected

  • the customer changes their mind after processing

If the order has already been shipped, customers may use the standard return procedure described in our Returns & Refund Policy.
