SHIPPING POLICY
At Madison Manchester, shipping is always free — no minimum order required. We keep things simple, transparent, and reliable.
We ship directly from our international fulfillment centres to keep prices low without compromising quality.
Most UK deliveries arrive within five–ten working days after dispatch.
Custom-made items may take longer.
During peak periods (such as holidays, seasonal sales, or carrier backlogs), delivery times may be longer. Delays caused by the courier or external factors are outside of our control and do not qualify for compensation or refunds. Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If a delivery fails or is delivered incorrectly due to an error in the address provided by the customer, Madison Manchester cannot offer a refund. We can resend your order — shipping remains free — but the cost of replacement items is at the customer’s expense.
We package every order with care. If your parcel arrives damaged or the packaging is visibly torn, please email info@madisonmanchester.com with photos.
Please keep both the item and its packaging, as these may be needed for a carrier claim.
Before returning an item, please contact us at info@madisonmanchester.com for return instructions. We cannot accept returns that have not been pre-registered. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If a customer refuses delivery or does not collect the parcel within the carrier’s specified timeframe (usually five–seven days), we cannot offer a refund.
To reduce unnecessary steps in our supply chain, some orders may be shipped from different fulfillment locations. While we are not a sustainability-focused brand, we do aim to operate responsibly wherever possible.
